Welcome to MiniLabto, your partner in micro-lab frameworks for prototyping. These terms of service govern your use of our platform and offerings.

1. Scope of Services

MiniLabto provides bespoke micro-lab framework setups, consulting on rapid prototyping systems, and related hands-on workshops (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing our Services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, white papers, video tutorials, and software tools (collectively, “Information Products”). Access to these materials is granted online after purchase.

3. Goods

MiniLabto supplies physical prototyping kits, components, and accessories (collectively, “Goods”). All Goods are shipped from our facility and are subject to availability.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before a scheduled workshop or consultation qualify for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 days are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work and resource allocation. You may transfer your booking to a future date or another participant by notifying us 7 days in advance. Refunds are issued to the original method of purchase within 10 business days after approval.

4.2 Information Products

All sales of digital materials are final given their instant delivery. If access to an Information Product fails to materialize due to a technical error, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, process a credit to the original purchase method within 5 business days. Transfers or exchanges are not permitted.

4.3 Goods

You may return unused Goods within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. Notify us in writing via the contact form to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a credit to the original payment method within 10 business days, less a 10% restocking fee. You may opt instead for a product exchange or account credit of equal value.
